Once your order is packed and left our warehouse you will receive an email with your Tracking ID number. You can track your shipment here:

For technical reasons, a status inquiry is not always possible immediately after receiving the Tracking ID number. Just a little patience. ;)

To SWITZERLAND we ship for €21,90 with FedEx.
With our FedEx shipping you will receive your package within 3-4 days. In big cities near the Swiss-German border like Zurich and Basel, our packages are usually delivered after 2-3 days.

Swiss VAT, customs & fees:
Please note that when importing into Switzerland, you will be charged an import sales tax (Swiss VAT) and, if applicable, customs duties. You as the buyer are responsible for these costs.

- VAT: We charge ONLY the net price (see gross price on our website minus 19% German VAT).Swiss customs will then charge 8% Swiss VAT on import as well as any customs fees and postal remittance tax. These fees will be charged to you separately by customs and are due upon delivery. You can get more information about Swiss VAT on the website of the  Swiss Federal Tax Administration.

- Customs fees: The amount depends on the net value of the goods, the gross weight of the package (including packaging) and the type of goods. You can find out which customs fees apply to which groups of goods by contacting your responsible customs district directorate (e.g. contact the Basel customs district directorate: e-mail: kdbs.zentrale@ezv.admin.ch | Tel.: 061287 11 11).
When returning the goods, paid customs duty and Swiss VAT can be reclaimed from the customs office. For more information and a sample calculation of customs fees, please visit the Swiss Customs website.

- Postal remittance tax: When importing into Switzerland, a so-called postal remittance tax is due if customs duty or VAT exceeds the tax-free amount of CHF 5. The postal remittance tax is the fee charged by Swiss Post for completing customs formalities and amounts to 20 CHF per package.
